What characterizes the Antica Posta of Vallelunga, apart from the nature and the green that colours the entire valley, is without doubt the elegance of its furnishings, the refinement and taste for the antique which the owners have put into the restoration of the property, otherwise the dimension of the apartments, from 44sqm of the apartment for 2 until the 241sqm of the apartment for 8. Each house, that can be considerated a really apartment with big spaces, is completely independent and offer all that a family might need. Some have also fireplace. All the houses have a private exterior space in the garden or a private terrace.

Der Gutshof ’Antica posta di Vallelunga’ (’Alte Post von Vallelunga’) befindet sich im Herzen der umbrischen Landschaft, nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto von Perugia entfernt, in der Nähe einer Straβe, die sehr leicht erreichen kann alle wichtigen Kunststädte Umbriens und der Toskana.
Neben der Natur und dem grünen Tal, in dem sich die ’Alte Post von Vallelunga’ befindet, zeichnet sich diese sicherlich durch die Eleganz der Ausstattung, der Feinheit und des Geschmacks des Altertümlichen aus, den die Inhaber bei der Renovierung und der Ausstattung der Räume bewiesen haben. Jedes Haus ist völlig unabhängig und die Küchen der Wohnungen sind mit Elektroofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und allem, was die Familie für einen bequemen Aufenthalt braucht, ausgestattet. In einigen Wohnungen ist es auβerdem möglich, einen Kamin zu benutzen. In dem vom ländlichen Grün umgebenen Gut können problemlos behinderte Gäste empfangen werden. Alle häuser haben einen reservierten Platz im Garten oder privater und exklusiver terrasse. Zudem verfügt es über einen ein Hektar groβen eigenen Garten, zwei Parkplätze und ein 16 x 8-6 Meter groβes Schwimmbecken.
Die Eigentümer haben die ursprünglichen Bau- und Stilelemente wie Bögen und Holzbalken erhalten, was dem Ganzen einen Hauch von damals verleiht und sowohl von Auβen als auch von Innen zu bewundern ist. Dadurch ist es ihnen gelungen, eine Harmonie zwischen den Farben der umliegenden ländlichen Vegetation und der eleganten Auβenstruktur zu wahren.
