L'agriturismo "la volpe e l'uva" nasce intorno ad una piccola azienda agraria nel cuore dell'Umbria.
La nostra famiglia ne è entrata in possesso dal 2000 ed ha iniziato un processo di ristrutturazione sia dei fabbricati che del patrimonio agricolo, con particolare attenzione alla produzione del vino e dell'olio d'oliva.

L'agriturismo è composta da sei appartamenti indipendenti ristrutturati recentemente: Paulownia, Rocco, Oca, Fico, Riding (appartamenti bilocali) e Chiocciola (appartamento monolocale).
Gli appartamenti sono circondati da un giardino arredato, piscina, area gioco per bambini, barbecue all'aperto e parcheggio.
Sono arredati con stile e dotati di TV e riscaldamento autonomo, per fornire un soggiorno confortevole in un ambiente familiare e tranquillo.
Gli appartamenti sono circondati dal vigneto e dall'uliveto che rappresentano il cuore dell'attività agricola dell'azienda.

Il centro storico di Perugia è a soli 4km dall'agriturismo. Qui si possono trovare ristoranti, negozi e supermercati. Assisi è a 15km, Gubbio 28km; Assisi and Spello 15km; lago Trasimeno 20km; Todi e Orvieto, 45km.

The country farm"la volpe e l'uva" is an agricultural farm in the heart of the Umbria region.
On 2000, the farm became property of our family and we started a process of restoration of the building and agrarian patrimony with particular care to the wine and olive oil area.

The farmhouse is composed by five independent apartments recently restored: Paulownia, Rocco, Oca, Fico, Riding (bilo-apartments) and Chiocciola (mono-apartment).
The apartments have gardens, swimming pool, play area for children, open barbecue. The apartments are simply furnished, offering a comfortable stay in the countryside at a working farm.

The farm is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and which house the production center of the farm's products. The farmhouse apartments are all perfectly restored, each one with private entrance and common garden. Inside they are tastefully furnished with TV and their single unit heating system.

Umgebung: der Agriturismo La Volpe e l'Uva liegt sehr ruhig und wunderschön auf einem Hang nur ca. 4 km nördlich von Perugia und bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf das umliegende Hügelgelände, wo Weinberge, Oliven- und Obstbäumen die Landschaft prägen.
Viele kulturelle Ziele sind sehr schnell erreichbar: Gubbio ca. 28 km, Assisi und Spello ca. 15 km, Trasimeno See ca. 20 km, Todi und Orvieto ca. 45 km. Und die Altstadt von Perugia ist nur ca. 4-5 km entfernt.
Sportaktivitäten sind ebenfalls in der Gegend möglich: Tennis ca. 3 km, Golf ca. 10 km, Reiten ca. 4 km.
Anlage: auf dem Gelände befinden sich das Hauptgebäude (aus dem 17. Jahrhundert, liebevoll restauriert), weitere Gebäude (ebenfalls kürzlich renoviert) mit nur 6 Wohnungen sowie weitere Einrichtungen, die den Aufenthalt hier sehr angenehm und entspannend machen.
So stehen hier z. B. im schönen Garten ein Swimmingpool (6 x 12 m, offen von Anfang Mai bis Ende September, je nach Wetter), ein Kinderspielplatz, ein Grillplatz und Gartenmobiliar für die Gäste zur Verfügung. Ebenfalls auf dem Gelände sind natürlich auch die Autoabstellplätze. Für die Gäste ist ein Wäschedienst verfügbar.
Wohnungen: die Wohnungen (Einzimmer bzw. Zweizimmer) sind im toskanischem Stil eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet.
Gemeinsame Merkmale für alle Wohnungen: gut ausgestattete Küche, Essplatz, eigenes Bad, Doppelcouchbett, Fernseher, unabhängige Heizung (bis auf Chiocciola), unabhängiger Eingang und eigener Platz im Freien.
Sonstiges: Die Produkte vom landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb können auch gekauft werden: z. B. Wein, Olivenöl, Liköre, Grappa, Vinsanto, Marmeladen, usw. Auf Anfrage werden für die Gäste auch traditionelle Kuchen gebacken oder typische Gerichte zubereitet.
La Volpe e l'Uva bietet auf Anfrage auch Kochkurse zu der typischen Umbria-Küche: jede Standard-Unterricht dauert ca. 3 Stunden auf 1, 2 oder 3 Tage, wobei die Gestaltung flexibel je nach Kundenwunsch erfolgen kann.
