La tenuta di 170 ettari si trova in una valle tra Assisi e Gubbio in posizione panoramica e comoda per raggiungere le più belle città dell’Umbria.
Il casale in antica pietra è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed arredato, nel rispetto del gusto e della tradizione locale, ma senza trascurare tutti i comfort di una moderna residenza. Solo per chi alloggia, la sera è in funzione il servizio di ristorazione.
L’azienda ha intrapreso il progetto di autosufficienza alimentare tramite l’agricoltura a Km 0.
In azienda sono allevati vitelli, suini e animali di bassa corte per la produzione di carne.
L’orto aziendale è sufficiente per produrre diverse varietà di verdure mentre i 150 olivi permettono di ottenere un olio di grande qualità.
Dal 2013 prenderà il via un nuovo progetto: il caseficio aziendale per la produzione di formaggio, yogurt, gelato.

The estate of 170 hectares is located in a valley between Assisi and Gubbio in a panoramic and convenient to reach the most beautiful cities of Umbria.
The farmhouse was recently renovated and furnished in accordance with the local taste and tradition, but without neglecting all the comforts of a modern residence.
Only for those staying, the night is running a food service.
The farm has undertaken the project of self-sufficiency through agriculture Km 0. On the farm are bred calves, pigs and farmyard animals for the production of meat.
The garden is enough to produce different varieties of vegetables while about 100 olive trees allow to obtain a high-quality oil.
From 2013 take start one new project: the caseficio company for the production of cheese, yogurt, ice cream.
